Our R&D team remains at the forefront of new satellite communications technology developments. We are particularly focusing on the development of cost efficient and low Size Weight and Power (SWaP) connectivity across evolving systems and platforms (e.g. drones, high altitude platforms and small/nano satellites) and with the emphasis on end client applications.

Our know-how and expertise in radio communication technologies is recognised by both the European Space Agency (ESA) and UK Space Agency (UKSA) through direct engagements over the last 10 years. Our STELA (Software Terminal Development Environment and Lead Application) Programme has resulted in the availability of a software development test environment that enables autonomous user equipment to be developed quicker (and hence cheaper) than traditional methods.

e2Eaccess is the cornerstone of the communications technology we are developing. This technology uses a unique, innovative development approach based upon Software Defined Radio (SDR) principles and standards.

Our e2Eaccess technology is being considered for a wide portfolio of communication devices for operation in market sectors that include agriculture, energy, utilities, tracking, government, transportation and homeland security. The SWaP and low-cost unique features of our e2Eaccess technology is making it a strong candidate for solutions requiring operation from remote or hard to reach areas.
